Hotel Policies and Terms of Stay
At Hotel on Magnolia East, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a seamless stay, we kindly ask all guests to review and adhere to the following policies:

Reservation Requirements

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. This card will be used to secure the reservation and may be charged for any damages, unpaid fees, or incidentals incurred during the stay.

The individual making the reservation is responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property caused by themselves or their guests during the stay.
Guest Eligibility

Guests booking a reservation must be at least 18 years of age.

Any guest under the age of 18 not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian is required to complete and submit a Parental Consent Form prior to check-in.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Accepted forms of ID include a driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or passport.
Payment Policy

Full payment for the stay is required 14 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

We accept major credit cards and cash. A valid credit card is required for incidentals, even if the room charge is paid in cash.
Damage and Incidentals

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their room and hotel property. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges to the credit card on file.

Missing items from the room will be charged to the card on file at replacement value.
Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: Begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Check-out: Is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Non-Smoking Policy

Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in guest rooms or indoor common areas will result in a cleaning fee of $250 charged to the credit card on file. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours may result in a warning or, in extreme cases, eviction without a refund.
Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Service animals are always welcome in compliance with applicable laws.
Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided upon request. Guests may opt out of housekeeping services by notifying the front desk.
Liability

The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables in their rooms or with the hotel’s front desk, where applicable.
Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled or modified in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a charge for one night's stay to the credit card on file.

By confirming a reservation with Hotel on Magnolia East, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.
